Right of Withdrawal Policy
You have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving any reason.
How to notify us To exercise your right of withdrawal, please contact us by email at cuchi@cuchimoreno.com within the 14-day period. Please include your order number and a clear statement that you wish to withdraw from the purchase.
Returning the goods After notifying us, you must return the goods to us without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the date you informed us of your withdrawal. The cost of return shipping is to be covered by you, the customer.
Refunds Once we receive the returned goods, we will refund your payment within 14 days using the same payment method you used for the original purchase.
Defective or damaged goods If you receive a defective or damaged product, please contact us at cuchi@cuchimoreno.com and we will arrange an appropriate solution on a case-by-case basis.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions The right of withdrawal does not apply to:
- Perishable goods or goods that deteriorate rapidly
- Sealed goods that are not suitable for return due to health or hygiene reasons, once opened
