Crafted by MENSUR ABAHIKA in the JIMMA region of Ethiopia, this washed lot showcases their dedication to quality and precision in every step of production. Grown at an elevation of 1,950-2,000 meters above sea level in Kota Kebele, Goma district, this coffee features the JARC 74110 variety, known for its complexity and balance.

The washed processing method highlights the bean's inherent characteristics, delivering a cup with prominent notes of blackberry and milk chocolate that linger pleasantly on the palate.

Jimma's transformation since 2009 from producing lower-grade naturals to becoming a celebrated coffee region is directly linked to the introduction of washed processing techniques. MENSUR ABAHIKA has been instrumental in this evolution, and we're delighted to feature their coffees for the second time.
