Our partner, Osito, has been dedicated to establishing a presence in México for the last 4 years. Their aim is to discover the best coffees from Oaxaca, Chiapas, and Puebla, while also fostering opportunities for small farmers and communities. This aligns with our vision. This specific coffee is remarkable for its impressive flavor profile, featuring intricate layers with subtle floral notes and a hint of dark chocolate. Its pleasant acidity and rich, complex texture truly make this coffee stand out.
Originating from San Francisco de Ozolotepec, San Juan & Santa Cruz, Sierra Sur in Oaxaca México, it is produced by multiple farmers and grown at an altitude of 1400-1800 MASL.
The varieties of Bourbon and Typica and the post-harvest process of washing and a 20-24 hour fermentation followed by a 12 day drying period contribute to the exceptional quality of this coffee.
